CORI forms for all OLA Ministers- due in March!

If you serve in ANY public ministry at Our Lady of the Angels Parish where you interact with other people, you are required by the Archdiocese to complete a CORI form (criminal background check) every year. The current CORI year (July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024) is winding down and we must submit soon!
